Buying & delivery
How long is the download link valid?
24 hours from your first download. You have 7 days after delivery to start; once you tap DOWNLOAD, every file in the order stays available for 24 hours. Expired links are not normally re-issued, except for technical problems on our side.
The download stopped. Do I have to start again?
No. Downloads support resuming, so restarting the download in the same browser or download manager continues where it stopped.
On how many devices can I download?
Each video can be downloaded on up to two devices during your 24-hour download window.
Can I get a refund?
Digital content cannot normally be refunded once downloading has started, unless the law requires it. Patreon purchases follow Patreon's policy.
I did not get the email.
Check spam or promotions, then write to XRAVE180@gmail.com with your PayPal receipt and we will resend it.
Downloading & playback
Which player setting should I choose?
180° and 3D side by side (also called SBS or left-right). Many players detect it automatically; if not, choose it in the player's format or projection menu.
Do I need a special app?
You need a video player that supports 180° 3D. Some headsets include one, and free and paid players are available in headset app stores.
Will 8K play smoothly on my device?
It depends on the headset and the player. Recent standalone headsets such as Meta Quest 3 play 8K 60 fps HEVC in many players. If playback stutters, try another player or play from a PC.
Can I test playback before buying?
Yes. Free previews use the same format, so you can check your device and player first.
My link has expired. What can I do?
Use Find my download to have links that are still active sent again. If the 24-hour window has ended, contact support with your order receipt.
Why are the files so large?
Each one is the full 8K 3D file at up to 60 fps, not a compressed stream. That detail is what makes VR180 look sharp in a headset.
Can I share a file with a friend?
No. Purchases are for personal use only.
Membership
What can I download as a member?
Eligible releases of the current membership month, according to your tier. Each month brings new releases.
What happens to last month's videos?
Download links do not carry over to the next month. Anything you have already downloaded is yours to keep for personal use.
How is the membership billed?
Monthly through PayPal automatic renewal. You can also join through Patreon instead.
Can I buy older releases?
Yes. Every single video and full set is in the store as a one-time purchase.
