Download tips for large 8K files
After payment you receive a private download page by email. These tips help you get large 8K files onto your device smoothly.
Step by step
Start within 7 days
Start any time within 7 days of delivery. Your 24 hours begin the first time you tap DOWNLOAD, and every file in the order stays available during that time.
Check free space
Each file is about 3–10 GB. Leave some extra room, because some devices need more space than the file itself while saving.
Use a fast, stable connection
Use 5 GHz or 6 GHz Wi-Fi close to the router, or a wired connection. Avoid metered mobile data.
Keep the device awake
Plug it in and keep the browser open until the download finishes.
Check the file
Compare the file size with the one shown on your download page, then test playback.
Tips
If a download is interrupted, most browsers can resume it from their downloads list while the link is still valid. If that fails, start it again from your private page.
Each file can be downloaded on up to 2 devices, for example your headset and a computer for a backup.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or use Find my download to have active links sent again.

Yes, each file can be downloaded on up to 2 devices.
Why are the files so large?
