Terms of Service

1. Who we are

XRAVE180.COM ("X RAVE", "we", "us") is operated by an individual based in the People's Republic of China. You can reach us at XRAVE180@gmail.com.

2. Age requirement

To buy, open an account or join a membership you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. By buying you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

One-time purchases do not need an account: we deliver to the email address used at checkout. Memberships need an X RAVE account, opened with Google sign-in or a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal (card or PayPal account); your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion or fees. After payment we send a private download link by email.

• Start your download within 7 days of delivery.
• From your first download you have 24 hours to finish.
• Each file can be downloaded on up to two devices.

5. Memberships and automatic renewal

Memberships (CLUB, VIP, SUPER) are monthly PayPal subscriptions that renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel.

• You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account or by emailing us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep member access until then, and the current period is not refunded.
• Member downloads cover the eligible releases of the current membership month; links do not carry over to the next month.
• If the price of your tier changes, we will tell you by email before it applies to your next renewal.

6. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Our videos are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the download starts. Purchases are therefore final once downloading has begun, except where:

• you were charged twice for the same order;
• we cannot deliver working files because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix; or
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

Purchases made on Patreon follow Patreon's terms.

7. Your licence

When you buy a video or download it as a member, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and watch it on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• share your download link or the files with anyone;
• upload, stream, resell, rent or publicly screen the videos;
• remove watermarks or edit the videos into other published works;
• record the screen to redistribute the content; or
• use the content to train or test AI or machine-learning models.

8. Intellectual property

All videos, images, text, logos and the design of the site belong to X RAVE or its licensors. See Copyright & Takedown for details and for how to report piracy or a rights concern.

9. People in our videos

Our videos are filmed lawfully, with the permissions required, at events, venues and productions. Everyone appearing in X RAVE videos was 18 or older at the time of filming. If you appear in an X RAVE video and have a concern, email us and we will review it promptly.

10. Fair use of the site

Do not try to break into the site or the download system, scrape it, share or resell access, use stolen payment details or file chargebacks in bad faith. We may cancel orders, revoke download links or end a membership if these terms are broken.

11. Availability and devices

We aim to keep the site and downloads available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Files are 8K 3D VR180 MP4s; not every headset, player or computer can play them. Free previews are there so you can check before you buy.

12. Limitation of liability

The site and content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, X RAVE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for active members we will announce material changes by email before they apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Disputes that cannot be resolved go to the competent court where the operator lives. This does not take away mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
